FAQs

Q: When I am synced to my raid I am sending data (that my guildmates can see), but I am not receiving any, how do I fix this?

A: Please be sure that the date and time on your machine are set correctly for the time zone you are in. If this is set correctly and you are still having problems, see the next question.

Q: When I run RunParser.exe I get an error: "Unable to update at this time", how do I fix this?

A: These errors can occur when you are having problems sending data to or receiving data from my server. It may be a port issue. The client randomly uses a port from 1024 to 5000. You may need to adjust settings on a firewall or router. Try reading this article for more info:

Q: When trying to start parsing I get an ErrorLog.txt file that contains errors like this:
[xx-xx-xxxx xx:xx:xx]Error parsing logfile:

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Core, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
OR
Q: When trying to start the application I get an error message that says "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc00001350)"

A: You need to have the .NET framework 3.5 and 4.0 installed on your machine. You can get them here:
